1Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the 2101 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to use the platform under the laws of Bangladesh.
These Terms apply to all 2101 services, games, promotions, payments, and customer support. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2Account Creation, Security & Policies
- Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Every user is responsible for complying with the following rules while using the 2101 platform:
- Attempting to hack any part of the platform, spreading viruses, or gaining unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
- Using another user's account, personal information, or identity is strictly prohibited.
- Manipulating game outcomes, automated betting via bots, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to claim promotional or bonus benefits without meeting the applicable terms may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
- Platform content — images, logos, and text — may not be used commercially or redistributed.
4Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on 2101 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
- Providing the correct transaction ID at the time of deposit is mandatory.
- Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or result in cancellation of the deposit.
- Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Promotional bonuses are only withdrawable after the specified betting requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Note: 2101 reserves the right to freeze transactions and notify the relevant authorities if money laundering or any illegal financial activity is suspected.
5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
The 2101 platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. 2101 is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, temporary disruptions, or third-party issues. All gaming decisions and bet outcomes are entirely the user's own responsibility.
All content on the 2101 platform — logos, designs, software, and text — is the intellectual property of 2101. Copying, modifying, or distributing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
